Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Committee Members Connolly, Max, Olds, <br />Sitz and Bauer. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Update on 2004 Environmental Expo <br /> <br />Mr. Bacon reported that since the last expo, parking has been banned on County Road #5. City <br />Staff has been working to provide overflow parking at City Hall for the expo. <br /> <br />Mr. Bacon reviewed all of the programs that will be at the expo. EPTF will have a booth at the <br />expo and City Staff was directed to make sure there are a sufficient number of copies of the <br />Ramsey Tree Book. <br /> <br />Case #4: Report On Vacant Planning Commissioner Seat On The EPTF <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik reported that she has requested that a City Council Work Session agenda include a <br />discussion of how to fill the remaining vacancy on the EPTF to replace the Planning <br />Commission liaison. That item has not gone to work session yet. The Committee members <br />suggested that if the Council chooses a citizen at large, a couple of good candidates for the EPTF <br />would be Jeff Menthe or Brian Mariam. <br /> <br />TASK FORCE INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Max stated that he did not see where Ramsey applied for Tree City USA for 2003. <br />Bacon said that he is working on the application. <br /> <br />Mr. <br /> <br />EPTF March 1, 2004 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
