Associate Planner Wald stated the McElhaney's will need to submit a Paving, Grading, Drainage <br />and Erosion Control Plan prior to any improvements being initiated. The grading and paving <br />plan will be subject to the City Engineer's review and approval. Horton Homes <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon reviewed that Ramsey Town Center LLC <br />and D.R. Horton Homes have submitted a preliminary plat that proposes to subdivide a total of <br />22.4 acres contained within the Ramsey Town Center Addition plat. He stated approximately <br />13.5 acres on this plat will be subdivided as outlots, with the remaining 8.9 acres platted as <br />residential lots and street right-of-way.
