It is not intended by this Section <br />t repeal, abr gate, r impair any existing easements, c venants, r deed restricti ns. H wever, where this <br />Section imposes greater restrictions, the provisions of this Section shall prevail. All other ordinances <br />inc nsistent with this Secti n are hereby repealed t the extent f the inc nsistency nly. <br />Subd. 6. Warning and Disclaimer of Liability. This Socti n d os n t imply that <br />areas outside the flood plain districts or land uses permitted within such districts will be free from flooding <br />r fl d damag s. This S cti n shall n t cr at liability n the part f Ramsey r any ffic r r mpl y c <br />thereof for any flood damages that result from reliance on this Section or any administrative decision <br />lawfully made thereunder. <br />Subd. 7. Severability. If any section, clause, provision, or portion of this Section <br />is adjudg d unc nstituti nal r invalid by a c urt f c mp tont jurisdicti n, the r maind r f this Socti n <br />Subd. 8. Definitions.
