The following is a summary of the proposed key personnel and their roles and responsibilities for <br />this project. Detailed resumes for the key personnel can be provided upon request. <br />Civil Engineer Lead Traffic Engineer <br />Ross Tillman, P.E. <br />Traffic Engineer <br />Kevin Kielb, P.E. will serve as the Project Manager and will provide a review of all documents. <br />He will oversee quality assurance throughout the project process and be responsible for <br />committing sufficient personnel and resources to accomplish the project work plan within the time <br />frame defined. He will work closely with the project manager to ensure the study goals are met, <br />provide study review, and will be critical in making sure the City's needs are met. <br />Kevin Bittner, P.E. and Chris Chromy, P.E., PTOE will serve in QA /QC roles for the project. <br />Kevin is the Ramsey Office Manager and Chris is the Transportation Group Manager. Kevin has <br />extensive knowledge of this area through previous studies completed in 2010 and 2011, while <br />Chris's involvement in the recent T.H. 10 Study will provide insights into future corridor growth <br />that could impact the study area. <br />Bryan Nemeth, P.E., PTOE will serve as the Lead Traffic Engineer. Bryan has worked on <br />numerous projects that have required traffic modeling, forecasting, safety, and operations /capacity <br />analysis. He has experience in completing traffic studies for cities throughout the region, from <br />small scale residential developments, to high -rise commercial /residential towers, schools, and <br />large scale big -box retailers. He is currently working with MnDOT on developing a training <br />program for analysis of unsignalized pedestrian crossings. His proactive approach and open <br />communication with the team, client, and stakeholders, will be a key to successful delivery of the <br />traffic study. <br />Future Business Park RFQ I City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Jason Cook, P.E.
