I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Commissioner Sieber stated that City Administrator Schnelle and the <br />EDC are very concerned with regards to how the charter will address <br />financing and they will want input at this time. <br /> <br />Commissioner Gamec affirmed that in order for Ramsey to keep it's tax <br />base low the City might have to force development. <br /> <br />Chairman Heitman also noted that EDC requested that the Charter <br />Commission obtain outside information regarding financing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Gamec stated that the person who recently put on the bonding <br />workshop at City Hall would be a good source of advice. <br /> <br />Charter Advantage Committee - Commissioner ~ata: <br /> <br />No repor~ at this time. <br /> <br />3. Current Form Of Government Committee - Commissioner Gamec: <br /> <br />Commissioner Gamec stated that he has talked with Ramsey residents <br />when he has the chance and generally they like the current form of <br />government in Ramsey because of it's closeness with the people. <br /> <br />4.
