CASE $10: <br /> <br />h) <br /> <br />Excerpts of Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated December <br />6, 1983 which contains their recommendations to the Council Please refer <br />to pages 1] and ]Z of the above enclosure. <br /> <br />i) <br /> <br />City Staff's proposed resolution for Council review and adoption which proposes <br />changes to DNR's preliminary classification of Ramsey's shoreland. Please <br />refer to pages 13 and 14 of the above enclosure. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the proposed changes <br />as recommended in the proposed resolution shown on pages 13 and 14 of the above <br />stated enclosure. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your <br />consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution ~83- <br />to reclassify or delete shoreland in the City of Ramsey. Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution ~83- . <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />TAX FORFEIT PROPERTY: <br /> <br />The tax forfeit property case appeared as Case ~8 under D-3, Council New Business, <br />agenda dated November ZZ, 1983. Consequently, please refer to that agenda for <br />maps showing tax forfeit properties. At your November ZZnd meeting, you indicated <br />that you might want to retain some of the tax forfeit land area as public lands which <br />could be used for drainage areas or any other public uses. You may want to consider <br />using the following area as public lands: <br /> <br /> PIN Z4-32-ZS-33-0013; Plat 89ZZ4, Parcel 6170 - The City may want to use part of ~ <br /> this parcel of land for a future holding pond area. <br /> <br />Council would probably want to leave the other parcels which are shown on the tax <br />rolls. It should be noted that two lots do have special assessments against them for <br />street improvements. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to review and recommend to Staff what you <br />want to do on the tax forfeit properties shown in enclosure (D3-f) of Council agenda <br />dated November Z2, 1983. <br /> <br />If you desire to retain any of the parcels of land listed in enclosure (D3-f) of the <br />November ZZnd Council agenda, you will have to direct Staff by Council resolution. <br />Please refer to enclosure (DZ-h) for proposed resolution.
