Accordingly, <br />we should probably schedule this public hearing for 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 10, <br />1983, as that will be your Council organizational meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to set a time and date to hold the above public <br />hearing. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br /> for NDH's Planned Unit Development at-tf-~ p.m., Tuesday, January /tO, 1984, <br /> at the Ramsay Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsay, Minnesota. <br /> Further, that the public hearing notice be published in the Anoka County Union <br /> twice prior to the public hearing, and that a drawing showing the location of the <br /> PUD be published with each publication. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. The City Engineer will be discussing this at <br />the meeting. The following is a list of the documents that are contained in the above <br />enclosure: <br /> <br />a) DNR's letter dated October 5, 1983 regarding shoreland management. Please <br /> refer to page 1 of the above enclosure. <br /> <br />b) DNR's municipal shoreland management classification list of Ramsey. Please <br /> refer to page Z of the above enclosure. ' <br /> <br />c) DNR zoning standards for shoreland. Please refer to page 3 of the above <br /> enclosure. <br /> <br />d) DNR's letter dated December 1, 1983. Please refer to pages 4 and 5 of the <br /> above enclosure. <br /> <br />e) City Engineer's letter dated December Z, 1983 requesting a 30 day extension. <br /> Please refer to page 6 of the above enclosure. <br /> <br />f) DNR% letter dated December 6, 1983 approving 30 day extension. Please <br /> refer to page 7 of the above enclosure. <br /> <br />g) Comments and proposed changes to DNR's prelimi~:ary classification of shoreland <br /> in the City of Ramsey.
