I <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> 47) "Water Usage" shall be estimated by the best current available <br />data provided by the agency if actual measurements are unavailable. <br /> <br />150.013 PERMITS <br /> <br />150.013A <br />No person, firm or corporation shall install, alter, repair or extend any indivi- <br />dual sewage disposal system in the city without first obtaining a permit therefor <br />from the City for the specific installation, alteration, repair or extension, and <br />at the time of applying for said permit, shall pay a fee as established by the <br />City. Such permits shall be valid for a period of six (6) months from the date <br />of issue. <br /> <br />~50.013B <br /> <br />Applications for permits shall be made in writing upon printed blanks or forms <br />furnished by the City and shall be signed by the applicant. <br /> <br />150.013C <br /> <br />Each application for a permit shall have thereon the correct legal description <br />of the property on which the proposed installation, alteration, repair or ex- <br />tension is to take place, and each application for a permit shall be accompanied <br />by a plot plan of the land showing the location of any proposed or existing build- <br />ings located on the property with respect to the boundary lines of the property <br />and complete plans or the proposed system with substantiating data, if necessary, <br />attesting to the compliance with the minimum standards of this chapter. A com- <br />plete plan shall include the location, size and design of all parts of the sys~ <br />tem to be installed, altered, repaired or extended. The application shall also <br />show the present or pmoposed location of water supply facilities and water supply <br />piping and the name of the person, firm or corporation who is to install the sys- <br />tem, and shall provide such further infor~nat~on as may be required by the Council. <br /> <br />150.014 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />150.014A SITE EVALUATION <br /> <br />Ail proposed sites for individual sewage treatment systems shall be evaluated by <br />the Ramsey Plumbing Inspector in accordance with Chapter 170.04 (Soils) and <br />Chapter 170.03 (Subdivisions). <br /> <br />150.014B BUILDING SEWERS <br /> <br /> 1) The building sewer and all piping up to the point where the <br />disposal field soil treatment area begins shall be of watertight piping and <br />joints. Joints between this piping and other appurtenances of the system shall <br />be watertight. The use of perforated pipe or its equivalent is prohibited. <br /> <br /> 2) No building drain or building sewe~~ shall be less than four <br />(4) inches in diameter. <br /> <br /> 3) The buried or concealed portion of any building sewer, building <br />drain or branch thereof shall be located from the we[_l as specified by the State <br />Board of Health and the State Plumbing Co~e. <br /> <br /> <br />
