Absent: Commissioner <br />Schneider. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg noted that ordinance does not require that the PUD be brought back to <br />Planning and Zoning for final review unless the developer is requested to do so. <br /> <br />Consensus is that P & Z would like the opportunity of a final review of the PUD. <br /> <br />Mr. Carson stated that it was the intention of the developer to do so. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to recommend <br />approval of the preliminary plans for the planned unit development known as <br />Flintwood Hills Second Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner <br />Schneider. <br /> <br />Case #3: Unauthorized Sale Of Wood At 15020 Potassium Street: <br /> <br />Mr. Arnold Klar was present and stated that the wood on his property is stacked <br />very neatly and customers do not come to his residence to buy the wood. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle and Mr. Berg agreed that Mr. K19r's woodpiles are stacked very <br />neatly but it would be in Mr. Klar's best interest to apply for a conditional <br />use permit;~that no complaints have been made at City Hall but commercial <br />vehicles are being parked on the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Klar was agreeable to applying for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The P & Z Commission requested Staff to place Mr. Klar's request for a conditional <br />use permit on the agenda for January. <br /> <br />The Commission recessed at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the meetin~ back to order at 8:38 p.m. <br />.Case #4: Wood Pile Ordinance: <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that Mr. Ber. g.~prepare an ordinance using as a model <br />Coon Rapids Wodd Pile Ordinance, deleting the words 'fro~ a public street <br />right-of-way' from Section 8-903.
