As <br /> in the case of shorelands ~2-114 and ~2-115, this area is part of the 1990 <br /> Urban Service Area and is scheduled for development. <br /> m Therefore, to achieve the proposed development, the City requests that this <br /> shoreland be reclassified as general development waters. <br /> <br /> m i.D. j2-117 and #2-118 - Ponds in the North Half of Section 27, Township 32N, <br /> ~an~e 25 West <br /> <br /> m These ponds are located in the south central portion of the City and are part <br /> of the Urban Service Area. The area surrounding the ponds is zoned for <br /> industrial development and the City's Comprehensive Planning has been completed <br /> m to accommodate that development. <br /> <br /> Therefore, to achieve the proposed development, the City requests that these <br /> mshorelands be reclassified as general development waters.
