CASE~3: CITY OF ANOKA'S REQUEST THAT RAMSEY, ANDOVER, ANOKA AND ~e City of Anoka is requesting that the above fo~ comm~ities consider formin~ ~ a Quad City Re~eational Adviso~ Bo~d. We met with Anoka officials (Mayor, ~ ~ City Manager ~d P~k ~d Re~eation Coordinator), Champlin officials (City ~ ~ Administrator) and Andover officials (City Engineer) on Tuesday, Decembe~ ~X~ 8, 1983. ~ey indicated that they would like for this proposed Quad City ~ Re~eational Adviso~ Bo~d to evaluate the re~eational facility needs ~d ~' ~ a cost associated to the~ programs. ~ Mayor Gamec will ad,ess this issue at the meeting. However, we should have this covered in our City Code. Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the City Attorney regarding sexual harrassment. The Council Personnel Committee has reviewed this issue and recommends to Council that the City Attorney draft an ordinance. Voting yes , ~ . (D3-d) contains the 1984 MAPSI contract. I have indicated on page 7. of the contract the increase for each of the services over the 1983 contract. They did delete the price per hour for furnishing patrol ambulance for scheduled patrol because we don't use that service, as it is too expensive. checked with the Ramsey Police Department and they don't have any complaints citizens on MAPSI in performing their duties.
