Rogers Lake - 2-104 <br /> <br />Case 07: <br /> <br /> -- General Development Waters <br /> <br /> -- General Development Waters <br /> General Development Waters <br /> <br />-- Natural Environment Waters <br />Letter Of Resignation; Case of Ms. Kathy Schneider: <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson informed the Commission that Ms. Schneider is resigning <br />from the Commission. <br /> <br />It was the consensus that she has served the Commission well and she will be <br />missed. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to accept <br />the resignation of Ms. Kathy Schneider, further to authorize City Staff to <br />advertise to fill the unexpired position on the Commission. <br /> <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Kennen, Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, LaDue and Hendricksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that he had an opportunity to attend a seminar regarding <br />planning, plats, conditional use permit, zoning ordinances, etc. In the past, <br />Councils and Planning and Zoning Commissions have ruled who is developing and <br />how; now laws are changing. It would be very ~ood if the same speaker at the <br />seminar spoke to Ramsey on this issue. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn <br />this regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, Kennen, <br />Zimmerman, LaDue and Hendricksen.
