Upon completion of Phase I, the Zoning Phase would take three to four (3-4) months ti~ ending in a public hearing and ordinance adoption by the City of Ramsey City Council. In total, the work task presented herein could take from twelve to sixteen (12-16) ~nths for c~pletion. Should, at any one point, by mutual agreement, the City and the Minnesota Department of Transportation wish to terminate the study, they m~ do so as will be outlined in the agreement. Ralph Burke Associates has been enlisted to help us in putting this proposal together. The Burke fi m is an Airport Planner with an office located in New Hope, Minnesota. Should this proposal be funded, the Burke firm would perform approximately 50% of the dollar value of the project. The expertise available through the Burke firm will aid in meeting the requirements of the Air~ort Master Plan and Report in such areas as fore- casting, facility requirements and general planning. Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. will be lea~consultant with Mr. Larry Koshak serving as project manager and Merland J. Otto of Ralph Burke Associates as Associate Project Manager. An agreement for this specific project will be drawn between the City and Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. and approved by Minnesota Depar~ent of Transportation should the project be authorized and funded.
