.Sick Leave, <br /> <br /> Sick leave may be accrued to a maximum of 120 days at & rate of <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />one day permonth. Unused sick leave in excess of 120 days at the end <br />of a calendar year (January lst) shall be converted to vacation at a <br />rate of one hour vacation for each two hours of sick leave in excess of <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />120 days. <br /> <br /> Any employee terminating employment or any employee terminated <br />shall be paid for 1/3 of any unused sick leave at time of termination <br />at his/her current rate of pay. <br />Compensatory Time: <br /> <br /> Employees that do not receive overtime pay shall receive compen- <br />satory time at a rate of one and one-half hours for each hour worked <br />as approved by the City A~ministrator or his designated representative. <br />Compensatory t~' shall be taken as approved by the City A~istrator <br />or his designated representative for periods of not less than two hours. <br /> <br /> Any employee with accrued coml~nsatory time ~n excess of 80 hours <br />~ay elect to receive paymen% for said excess hours, or any part thereof, <br />by making written application to the City A~4nistrator prior to the end <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />of the pay period for the first pay day in December. <br /> <br /> Payment for sa/d comt~nsatory time in excess of 80 hours shall be <br />computed at 75% of the ~ployees current rate of pay. <br /> <br />No employee shall accrue compensatory time in excess of 520 hours. <br />Any ~m~loyee terminating employment or any employee terminated ~ha11 <br />receive compensation for all accrued compensatory time at ?5% of h/s/her <br />rate of pay at the time of termination. <br /> <br /> <br />
