If it's really out of line, we could <br />still change it this year. <br /> <br />There was a brief discussion regarding the "cafeteria method" of employees <br />receiving compensation. <br /> <br />Case ~2: .Proposed Salary Increases for 1984: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Reimann to <br />recommend that Council approve of the proposed salary increases as shown <br />in enclosure (2) which is attached as part of these minutes and also that <br />the following employees receive merit pay or an adjustment toward the Metro <br />mean as indicated below: <br /> <br /> Lloyd Schnelle, City Administrator - 4% <br /> / Mike Auspos, Chief of Police - 4% adjustment <br /> Merle Mevissen, P. W. Superintendent - 2% adjustment <br /> ~ Clayton Berg, Building Official - 2% merit pay <br /> ~Lester Wirz, City Assessor - 1% merit pay <br /> ~eanne Moen, City Accountant - 1% merit pay <br /> <br />Motion carried.
