Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 To Whom It May Concern: Separate sealed bids for the construction of Improvement Project 83-17, Irrigation Well (Base Proposal I) and Irrigation System (Base Proposal II),will be received by the City of Ramsey at the office of City Administrator until 11:00 a.m., Central Daylight Savings Time, September 27, 1983, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Principal components of the project include the following: -12" Irrigation Well approximately 370 feet deep -Submersible pump -Irrigation System for approximately 12 acres The contract documents may be examined at the following locations: Ramsey citY~Hall, Hakanson anders°~ Assoc., Inc. 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. 222 Monroe Street Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 Anoka, Minnesota 55303 Copies of the contract documents may be obtained at the office of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., located at 222 Monroe Street, Anoka Minnesota 55303 upon. payment of $35.00 for each set. Any bidder, upon returning the contract documents within'ten (10)~? days following the opening of bids and in good condition~ will be refunded his payment. Each bidder shall submit with the proposal a bidder's bond made payable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
