It will be some time before they run <br />the new field cards for Ramsey. <br /> <br />I started the field work without the new cards. Other than finding <br />very few people home, I am making good progress. I've received many <br />phone calls setting up appointments so a big percentage of the <br />homeowners acknowledge the card I leave where no one is home. <br /> <br />I posted a new 25% area map in the Council Chambers. Since we go <br />strictly by PIN number, this makes each year's viewing in only one <br />portion of the City. I like it much better than jumping around the <br />way the old map was laid out. <br /> <br />You will find an up-to-date list of the third quarter sales included <br />with my report. As requested, the address for each sale in included. <br />Please notice the last sale listed.
