This is, however, somewhat ahead of last year when there were only 30 starts for the entire year. Lester is now devoting his time to assessing, which leaves me with considerably less time for the other administrative duties such as the preparation of agendas, etc. There never seems to be a shortage of things to do. There were a number of memos and letters sent out for a variety of reasons. These have been forwarded to you in the letters and communications section of this agenda. I again checked the Norcross driveway and nothing has been done to relocate it. Accordingly, this has been placed on the Council agenda for further action.
