Status of Subdivisions: Am Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Drainage problem on this pla~ is to be res61v~d with the 2nd Addition. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Developer is waiting for ~ty sewer prior to finalizing plat. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: I am recommending that the City accept a four-year maintenance bond to guarantee the streets hold up. This bond will be in lieu of sealcoating the streets due to the marginal oil content in the bituminous. Pondvale Estates: The deadline for paving the streets in this development area was September 15, 1983. Recently, Mr. Mary Kytonen has purchased the development from Mr. Dumer and is planning on paving the streets in both the first and second additions. Meadowbrook Estates: The developer was granted a six- month extension for filing the plat at the December 21, 1982 council meeting. Ps H~-10 Ramsey: The developer was given a six-month extension for filing this plat at your August 24, 1982 council meeting. The construction on this plat has been completed. Ramsey Commons: The developer was given a six-month extension of time for filing the plat at the January 25, 1983 council meeting. Beaudr~'s 2nd Addition: Construction of this project is essentially complete with the exception of some bituminous overlays to correct low areas and final grading and cleanup. Due to poor weather conditions, since the assessment hearing, no work has been done on the project. The completion date on the project is September 28, 1983.
