Central Park: <br /> <br />ae <br /> <br />Phase I: Phase I construction on the park has been <br />completed and I will be recommending final payment to <br />Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. Phase I included grading, <br />topsoil, parking areas and seeding. <br /> <br />Phase II: Bids for Phase II construction will be received <br />on September 27, 1983 and will be available for your <br />council meeting. Phase II construction includes <br />construction of a well and irrigation system. <br /> <br />Ford Brook Estates: Lee's Construction rough graded the drainage <br />ditch from Erkium Street to Ford Brook. They are still waiting <br />for the ditch to dry so they can complete the final grading. <br /> <br /> <br />
