At that time Waste Management presented an <br />offer to the City'for the purchase of our interest in the l~ndfill <br />which offer includes a proposed settlement of the lawsuit with Anoka. <br />I would like the Council to schedule an Executive Session at which <br />time we can return this possible lawsuit settlement option. <br /> <br />Howard Assessment Appeal Final <br /> <br />This matter had to be continued from September 14 to November 14, 1983 <br />because of the unavailability of a witness on September 14. <br /> <br />City of Anoka/Ramsey/Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. Methane Gas <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />The City of Anoka and Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. have both <br />approved this agreement.
