This item was brought <br /> to the Council last fall and you saw fit to grant Mr. Norcross one year <br /> to relocate said driveway. To date, he has made no effort to comply with <br /> your direction. <br /> <br /> Enclosure (D2-f) contains the following items for your consideration in <br /> this matter: <br /> <br /> ~ a) City Council meeting minutes dated September 28, 1982 <br /> &~ b) Letters to Mr. Norcross dated March 17, 1983, June 13, 1983, August <br /> .'.~/ 17, 1983 and September 19, 1983 <br /> <br />~~ .',~~'~~°uncil Action: Your action in this matter will be to direct Staff as <br /> t~--the course of action you would like to take if Mr. Norcross has not <br /> relocated his driveway to 168th Avenue NW by September 28, 1983. <br /> <br /> Several uncompleted plats have reached a point * where their filing dates <br /> have again expired or are expiring for the first time. Consequently, we <br /> have notified all of the individuals involved that they would have to be <br /> ;;;~elambal;t//s.the meeting to answer any questions you may have regarding <br /> <br /> The plats that fall in this category are as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Ramsey Commons; Mr. Delano Skeim - This individual has submitted <br /> a request for a 90 day extension to allow for time to clear a title problem <br /> which the City Attorney may want to address. It should be noted that this <br /> individual will be out of the Country at this time and will not be able <br /> to attend. <br /> <br /> 2) Hy-10 Ramsey; Mr. Gilbert Menkveld - This plat is, to the best <br /> of our knowledge, basically completed including the street paving except <br /> for the filing. <br /> <br /> 3) Meadowbrook Estates~ Gary Petrucci - There has been no physical <br /> work, grading, etc. done on this plat.
