Council Action: Your action in this matter will be to either grant <br /> extensions or direct these individuals to complete the platting in accordance <br /> with City Ordinance. <br /> <br /> In view of the economic trends, it would be our opinion that by resolution, <br /> these plats all be given a one year extension and that failure to complete <br /> on or before October 1, 1984 would render them null and void. <br /> <br /> If you concur, then your action should be to adopt a resolution to grant <br /> extension of completing the plat until 0cto~r 1, 1984 for 1) <br /> an <br /> Ramsey <br /> Commons; 2) Hy-10 Ramsey; 3) Meadowbrook Estates. Voting yes <br /> Voting no <br /> <br /> CASE 38: ST~EETPA¥I~G-POND~-ALEESTATES: <br /> <br /> On October 26, 1982, you adopted Resolution #82-150, which resolution gave <br /> Mr. Benjamin Deemer until September 15, 1983 to complete the street surfacing <br /> in Pondvale Estates. To date, he has not paved the streets nor made.any <br /> attempt to have them paved. <br /> <br /> The City does, however, have on file irrevocable letter of credit #298 <br /> in the amount of $17,700 which guarantees funds will be available to that <br /> for the construction of the streets. We <br /> amount <br /> must, <br /> however, <br /> provide <br /> at least 20 days notice of our intent to draw on these funds before we <br /> can receive any money. <br /> <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Marv Kytonen, the new owners of P0ndvale Estates, will be <br /> present at the meeting to submit a proposal for completing this work. They <br /> have further advised us that they plan to proceed with the 2nd addition <br /> of Pondvale and have presented us with a concept plan for review by the <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission at their next regular meeting.
