Voting yes ..... · '~,?'"' )i~_~.,, / Voting no : c) Street Surfacing Acceptance of Barthel's Rum River Acres Second Addition - The construction of streets in the above said addition in accordance with City standards was brought to Council's attention several months ago and accordingly, the following action is being recommended. The City Engineer is recommending that the City accept a maintenance bond for a four year period of time. This would guarantee against breakage and the need to sealcoat prior to the City's five year schedule. Please refer to enclosure (D2-j) which contains the following documents: a) Letter from City Engineer Raatikka dated September 2, 1983 b) Letter from Omann Construction, Inco dated August 29, 1983
