His proposal · '!' ,'~ suggested he would provide the right-of-way to 142nd Avenue NW if the City '. ' would build the street. However, we have been advised that at least one · .~ · i of the properties will not dedicate the necessary easements for the street m ' · 'i~ ~ construction.
