Islet9 and Cliff Aichinger

The cost quoted in the proposal isq.$5,100 for preparation of ~pecifi-
cations, and $6,500 for specificat~'6~S', analysis of bids, and a
reco~nendation based on the bids. This firm, and the individuals listed
above have a heavy planning background, having worked with many
counties and municipalities. We feel it would be to the City's
advantage to use a consultant.with a more extensive background
in computers and their application to government. Particular
care should be taken to use a consultant with a good-understanding
of our approach to computerization.

JM:kj
