GROVI~ AND SONS COMPANY: <br /> <br />Mr. Michael Gair of Gair and Associates will be present to represent the <br />request of S. J. Groves and Sons Company to place a supply yard for their <br />equipment, etc. on an 11+ acre parcel of land recently platted as Lot 1, <br />Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park Second Addition. The site plan has <br />been reviewed by the Building Official and his report on the request is <br />included with the following items in enclosure (D3-b) for your consideration <br />in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Building Official's memo dated September 20, 1983 <br />b) Applicant's application <br />c) Exhibit "A" site storage <br />d) Ordinance 170.013 D (3), area standards and permitted uses for <br /> the I-l, Industrial District <br />e) Mr. Mike Gair's letter dated September 14, 1983 <br />f) Proposed development agreement <br />g) Building Official's letter to Mr. Mike Gait dated September 20, 1983 <br />h) See also Exhibit "B" <br /> <br />C~u~cll Action: Your action in this matter will be to approve or disapprove <br />of this request. If your action is to approve, then approval should be <br />contingent upon S. J. Groves and Sons entering into the development contract <br />as presented or as amended by you.
