I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY THIS AGREEMENT between Dave Brinker, hereinafter referred to as Applicant and the City of Ramsey hereinafter referred to as "City" entered into this day of September, 1983. INTENT AND PURPOSE To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are understood between the Applicant and the City and that the Applicant complies fully with conditions and time frames as established by this Agree- ment and plans and specifications as submitted by the Applicant to construct an accessory building of 1,248 square feet prior to the construction of his principal structure. LOCATION OF PROPERTY The property is legally described as Lot 2, Block 1 Alpaca Estates. Zoning - The zoning of said property is R-i, Residential. CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT 1) That the Applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to complete his construction. 2) That the Applicant's construction shall be compatible to the prin- cipal structure. 3) That the Applicant shall use his structure for the storage of per- sonal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. 4) That the Applicant shall obtain the building permit for the accessory building at the same time the permit is acquired for the principal structure and that said permit shall be valid for a period of one year. 5) That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of his Agree- ment and that the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of said filing prior to the issuance of his permit.
