This should be made with the <br />understanding that the access be changed to 139th Avenue N.W. at the <br />time it is constructed. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Since the developer does not intend to construct 139th Avenue N.Wo or <br />Tungsten Street at this time, an agreement should be made which would <br />require the developer to construct those streets when additional land <br />is developed. This agreement should also restrict building on Lot 2 <br />until the streets are constructed. <br /> <br />Drainage easements should be provided as shown on the original plans. <br />Also, at the time of site plan review and development of Lot l, the <br />construction of the ponding area should be required. <br /> <br />4.
