CASE %2: REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT~ CASR OF RAMSEY 67 I I I I I I I I I I I i I INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION: Mr. Marv Eggum, representing Anoka 67 Industrial Partnership, will be seeking both preliminary and final plat approval for the above referenced plat which consists of two lots just to the south of the first addition. One lot will be some eleven plus acres in size and the other lot will be 2.5 acres. With the exception of the lot size, the proposed plat does not deviate from what we originally submitted for the subdivision of this property. The Planning and Zoning Commission will be conducting a public hearing for preliminary approval just prior to your meeting, so their recommendations will be presented verbally. The developer will be seeking a variance for the construction of the streets. The following items are contained in enclosure (D2-b) for your consideration in this matter: a) Applicant's application b) Reduced copy of original plat showing property to be platted c) Public hearing notice d) List of properties notified e) City Engineer's report dated August 31, 1983 Council Action: Your action in this matter will be to approve/disapprove both preliminary and final plats. If your actions are to approve, then it should be done contingent upon the following: a) Compliance with City Engineer's recommendation b) Determination of marketability (City Attorney) c) Entrance into a development agreement governing access, buildability of Lot 2, Block 1 and street construction at such time as any further subdivisions are made The following proposed motion is hereby submitted~onsideration: Motion by ~ and seconded by ~! v t~ approve both the preliminary and'final plats of Ramsey 67 Industrial ~ark Second Addition contingent upon the applicant ' s compliance with items as outlined by City Staff. These exhibits were sent with the September 13, 1983 Council agenda. It was requested then that each Councilmember submit to her in writing their comments regarding the above exhibits. Enclosure (D2-c) is furnished to assist you in your review of this case.
