Attached to this report is a letter that was obtained from the DNR on this issue. <br /> <br /> d) Adoption of an ordinance regarding senior citizen hardship tax deferral - The Council <br />enacted Ordinance #83-5 which is known as the City of Ramsey's public improvement special <br />assessment ordinance, which ordinance is an amendment to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. <br />This ordinance will give the senior citizen a major break on public improvements. <br /> <br />will address any other questions that you may have at the meeting. <br /> <br />LGS:pjc <br /> <br /> <br />
