We have reviewed the request and can see no problem with what has been proposed knowing that prior to the issuance of a building permit, complete building plans as well as a detailed site plan will be required. Accordingly, it would be our recommendation that this request be approved, contingent upon the church entering into a development agreement with the City. The following items are included as enclosure (DZ-a) for your consideration in this matter: a) Applicant's application b) Public hearing notice c) List of properties notified d) Rough site plan e) Proposed building elevation drawing f) Proposed building floor plan g) Area location map h) Proposed findings of fact i) Proposed development agreement j) Building Official's letter to Grace Community Bible Church dated October Z6, 1983 Commission Action: Your actions in this matter will be to recommend adopting /amending the proposed findings of fact as well as recommend approval/disapproval of the request.
