HENRY BIRCHEM: <br /> <br />Mr. Henry Birchem of 8001 - 177th Avenue NW is requesting a variance to subdivide <br />by metes and bounds about three acres of property from his existing 40 acre parcel <br />for a dwelling site for his son. <br /> <br />Neither parcel would have frontage on a public street and I did inform Mr. <br />of the ordinances which govern the subdivision of land. However, Mr. <br />wishes to address the Commission in regards to this matter. <br /> <br />Birchem <br />Birchem <br /> <br />Enclosure (DZ-b) contains an area location map which shows the Birchem property <br />which lies just east of Deerwood and north of Shawn Acres. Access to the property <br />is attained at 177th Avenue NW. <br /> <br />Commission Action: Your action in this matter will be to direct Mr. Birchem as <br />to how he should proceed, <br /> <br />PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW FOR N.D.H. INC. PLANNED uNrr <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT: <br /> <br />A representative of N.D.H., Inc. will be available at the meeting to discuss with <br />you their proposed planned unit development for what was Flintwood Hills Second <br />Addition. At this writing, the plans are not yet available but you will receive them <br />at the meeting. Enclosure (D2-c) does however contain a copy of the City's ordinance <br />for planned unit developments. <br /> <br />Commission Action: Your actions in this matter will be to make a recommendation <br />to the City Council as to whether or not to approve the preliminary development <br />plan as well as adopt the findings of fact in accordance with the section of the <br />ordinance that specifies findings (items 1 through 6).
