EXCEPTIONS - ESTABLISIIED RES IDEN~rIAL NEIGHBORHOODS: The follow~ng <br />described lands are designated as Established Residential Neighborhoods <br />in Built-Up Urban Areas, based upon the state of development of the <br /> <br />1979...Land uses which were in existence in these areas <br /> <br />1979 are exempt from the USE RESTRICTIONS of Sections V B 2 <br /> <br />and 3 below, and are subject to the provisions of V B 5 below.
