No Public <br />He,ring is required for the Final Plan~ and upon approval by the Planning Cc~mission~ <br />the City Council takes action on the Final Plan. At this point~ the Planned b~It <br />Development would be deemed to be a Zoning Change~ and the Zoning Map of the City <br />would be amended accordingly~ classifying the area within the Boundary of the <br />?lanned Unit Development as "Planned Unit Development". Reference would then be <br />made to the Final Plan and Drawings to the specific usages within the Planned Unit <br /> <br />Development° <br /> <br /> <br />
