Groves And Sons Companj/: Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by CounciRmember to approve the request of S.J. Groves and Sons Company to operate an equipment supply yard on Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park Second Addition contingent upon their entering into and complying with all the terms of their development agreement. Further Discussion: Mr. Schnelle noted that this supply yard will be screened. Mr. Michael Gair was present representing S.J. Groves and Sons Company and stated that no hazardous waste material Will be stored in the 55 gallon barrels noted. Motion carried. Case #3: Petition For Bituminous Street Surfacing, Request For; Case Of Rollin~ Green Addition: Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to adopt Resolution #83-183 declaring adequacy of petition and ordering preparation of report. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #83-183). Motion carried. Votin§ Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Case #4: Request For A Buildin~ Permit; Case Of Mr. David Schmedeke: Mr. Schmedeke was present. Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and'seconded by Councilmember Reimann to allow Mr. David Schmedeke to construct a pole building at 7157 West Highway #10 contingent upon his entering into a development agreement including the following items: 1. That the building shall be completed as approved by the Board of Adjustment at their meeting of July 10, 1978. That the applicant shall submit prior to any construction, plans signed by an architect or engineer registered under the laws of the State of Minnesota. 3. That the applicant shall enter into a contract with the City guaranteeing compliance with both State and local codes. Motion carried.
