Commission consensus is that Section 12.14 Will read as follows: charter becomes effective 30 days after adoption.' COMMISSION INPUT Commission consensus is that input from Mr. Schnelle and punchlist items will be addressed at the regular meeting of Septem_~her 22, 1983. Commission consensus is that the public hearing will be held September 28, 1983. Commission consensus is that input from the publiC.hearing will be dealt with at the regular meeting scheduled for October 13, 1983. Commission consensus is to have Attorney Dom review the rough draft and provide input to ~he Commission fo~ their'~review at ~heir regular'Meeting scheduled for September 22, 1983. C~mmission consensus is that there will be a meeting of the whole for the purpose of organizing the public hearing procedure on September 15, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. Commission consensus is that the public hearing scheduled for September 28, 1983 will be held at the Ramsey Elementary School. Motion by Commissioner Sieber and seconded by Commissioner Bauerkemper to adjourn this meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Data, Titterud, Sieber, Bauerkemper and Gamec. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Greenberg, Buchanan and Lichter.
