Change 'measures' to 'ordinances'. <br /> <br />B. prgparation Of Chapter 5, Section 5.02: <br /> <br />The Commission agreed to use Mounds View Chapter 5, Section 5.02 as a core <br />model for this section. <br /> <br />C. Preparation of Chapter 5f Section 5.03: <br /> <br />The Commission agreed to use Mounds View Chapter 5, Section 5.03 as a core <br />model for this section. The following changes was made in wording: <br /> <br />'The required number of signers for initiative and referenced shall <br />be at least 10% of the total number of registered voters at the time <br />of the last city-wide election. The required number of signers for <br />recall shall be at least 20% of the total number of registered <br />voters at the time of the last city-wide election.' <br /> <br />D. Preparation Of Chapter 5, Section 5.04: <br /> <br />The Commission agreed to use Mounds View Chapter 5, Section 5.04 as a core <br />model for this section. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is to add the phrase 'as defined by Section 5.03 and <br />5.02 respectively' after the words 'insufficient or irregular' in the first <br />sentence. <br /> <br />E.
