I i I I I I Commissioner Bauerkemper stated that she would like to provide outside- the-City budget information, which she could obtain while fulfilling her duties on the Outside Opinion Committee. Chairman Heitman appointed Commissioner Bauerkemper to serve on the Charter Commission Budget Committee, also. Motion by Commissioner Buchanan and seconded by Commissioner Sieber to issue a letter to the District Court Judge and Ramsey City Council informing them that the Ramsey Charter Commission has indeed fulfilled the requirements of setting rules and procedures and quorum prior to the deadline. Further Discussion: .Chairman Heitman stated that a statement should be included in the subject'~letter'.stating that approved minutes of the initial Charter Commission meetin~'~will be forwarded at a later date. Commissioner Buchanan volunteered to prepare and issue the subject letter to be sent to the District Court Judge and Rams6y.Ci'ty Council. Motion by Commissione~ Greenberg and ~econded~b~ COmmissioner Sieber to set an adjournment time o~].i'0:45 p.m. for.tonight's meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commissio.n. ' Motion carried..~Vo~ing Yes: Chairm~n Heitman, Commissioners Titterud, Buchanan, Data, Lichter, Sieber,'BauerkemPer, Greenberg and Gamec. Voting No: None. Chairman Heitman called for a ~ote to Commissioner Buchanan's 'motion to issue a letter to the District Court Judge and Ramsey City Council stating that the Charter Commission has fulfilled it's requirements. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Titterud, Buchanan, Data, Lichter, Sieber, Bauerkemper, Greenberg and Gamec. Voting No: None.
