Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Sieber, Buchanan, <br />Bauerkemper, Greenberg, Lichter, Gamec, Data and Titterud. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />A. ~udget Committee - Commissioner Gamec <br /> <br />Commissioner Gamec stated that a proposed budget will be available for review <br />at the next regular charter Commission meeting. He further commented that <br />an election regarding the Charter will be charged back to the Charter Commission. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I' <br /> <br />Commissioner Bauerkemper stated that she has contacted Lino Lakes and they <br />informed her that their Charter Commission operated within the $1500 but that <br />they did not retain legal services and their election was charged back to their <br />Charter Commission budget. <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner was present at the meeting and inquired as to where <br />Charter Commission funds would be coming from. <br /> <br />Commissioner Gamec replied that Charter Commission funds allocation will be <br />determined by the City Accountant. <br /> <br />B.
