Councilmember <br />Van Wagner stated that a resolution should be forwarded to the County <br />Commissioners stating that Ramsey supports this development. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteber§ to <br />adopt Resolution #83-71 to notify Anoka County Commissioners that Ramsey does <br />support the development of a branch library within the City of Ramsey. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolut.ion #83-71). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #14: <br /> <br />Correction Of November 13, 1978 Minutes Regardin~ Granting Of A <br />Variance On Subdividing Lot 2, Block 2, Whispering Pines Plat #4 <br />Into Two Buildable Lots: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />grant a variance authorizing a subdivision of Lot 2, Block 2, Whispering <br />Pines Estates Plat #4 to two equal portions becoming Lot 2a, Block 2, <br />Whispering Pines Estates Plat #4 and Lot 2b, Block 2, Whispering Pines <br />Estates Plat #4 and to be listed with the platting description rather than <br />metes and bounds subject to the removal of the pole barn and waiver of the <br />park fee. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
