For this reason ~e are stressing the use of the . <br /> USDA - ~ Technic.al ~Aide as the base standard for both quantity and .- /[ <br />I quality eanagement; -.. <br /> <br /> The Anoka Soil and yater Conservation District is not currently" <br />capable or qualified for preparing a complete surface water management plan, <br />but we do have valuable information and experience in erosion, sediment, <br />flood, drainage, water quality, land use and soils control or management <br />that is available to units of government and private consulting firms. <br /> <br /> Our main purpose is to ~ork cooperating ~rlth all parties concerned <br />in solving Anoka County's soil and water management problems. We are <br />currently discussing the hiring of a full time Administrator/Conservation <br />Specialist, that ~4_~ ~ork directly with Water Managment Organizations <br />within the county to plan and implement the Surface Yater l~anagement Act. <br />Below you ~rlll find a list of tasks wa could assist the Water Management <br />Organization with in dealing with this act. <br /> <br />AN EQUAL OPPORTUNffY EMPLOYER <br /> <br /> <br />
