The plan shall be written to ~nply <br />with the provisions of this ordinance ~ applicable statutes, rules, <br />regulations and requirements of the State of Minnesoto, and the polJ~y plan <br />of the Metropolitan Cour,:il. This plan shall be reviewed annually unti~ the <br />end of the post-closure period and revised as necessary as costs and needs <br />for closure croci post-closure change crud as standards set by the cou~ty and <br />!ltate governments c~d the Metropoitan Council are altered. The pJan for <br />~losure and post-closure and any cu~endrnents to the plan must be approved <br />by the County Board.. Existing sites or facilities licensed prior to October <br />I, 1983, shall submit a plan acceptable to the County on or before <br />December 31, 1983. Said existing sites or facilities must comply with the <br />requirements of this subsection except that the plan for the post-closure <br />period may be reduced to a Period of five years unless monitoring data or <br />inspections indicates that odditic~l monitoring, maintenance or long-term <br />care is likely to be needed. <br /> <br />6) An application for only an incinerator license shall include: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />The location, type, and height of all buildings within 500 f~et of the <br />proposed incinerator. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />An engineering report specifying furnace design criteria and expected <br />performance data. <br /> <br />c) Plans for disposal of incinerator residue and emergency disposal of <br /> solid waste in the event of breakdown. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Writte~ proof that the local applicable municipal or township goYernme~qt has <br />considered the establishment of the site or facility and results of that <br />consideration. <br /> <br />A completed application form provided by the Department plus the application <br />fee c~d the ba~e lices~se fee. <br /> <br />D. Additional data as may be requested by the Board or County Board. <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Submission of application information required by this subsection which the <br />Depcuffment may deem unnecessary in determining compliance with the intent of <br />this ordinance may be waived by the Department. The applicant and Board shall <br />be informed in writing of the specific application information waived by the <br />Defxrtment. <br /> <br /> Subsectian/~. Unless otherwise provided by the County Board, each license granted <br />pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance shall expire June 30 of each year unless sooner <br />revoked or suspended. ~ <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
