S. [WRITTEN NOTICE REQUIRED.] The following notice 13 printed verbatim in boldface type of a minimum size of ten 14 points must be given to a prospective resident before he or she ! 15 is asked to sign a rental agreement a~; The notice and the 16 safety feature disclosure form required under section 3 must b~ 17 posted in a conspicuous and public location in the park: 18 19 "IMPORTANT NOTICE State law provides special rules for the owners and 20 residents of manufactured home parks. 21 You may keep your home in the park as long as the park is I I I I I 22 in operation and you meet your financial obligations, obey state 23 and local laws which apply to the park, obey reasonable park 24 rules, do not substantially annoy or endanger the other 25 residents or substantially endanger park personnel and do not 26 substantially damage the park premises.
