S. [WRITTEN NOTICE REQUIRED.] The following notice <br />13 printed verbatim in boldface type of a minimum size of ten <br /> <br />14 points must be given to a prospective resident before he or she <br /> ! <br /> <br />15 is asked to sign a rental agreement a~; The notice and the <br /> <br />16 safety feature disclosure form required under section 3 must b~ <br />17 <br /> <br />posted in a conspicuous and public location in the park: <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> "IMPORTANT NOTICE <br /> <br />State law provides special rules for the owners and <br /> <br />20 residents of manufactured home parks. <br /> <br />21 You may keep your home in the park as long as the park is <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />22 in operation and you meet your financial obligations, obey state <br />23 and local laws which apply to the park, obey reasonable park <br /> <br />24 rules, do not substantially annoy or endanger the other <br /> <br />25 residents or substantially endanger park personnel and do not <br /> <br />26 substantially damage the park premises. You may not he evicted <br /> <br /> <br />
