It would be t. he <br />homeowner's r~spo~sibility to ~ existing bitu~linous or cc~crete driveways <br />to match the street. In special cases, if the street grades are r~ised to <br />r~quire drily adjustments, l~hose adjustn~nts %~nld be made as part of the <br /> <br />STORM Df~O~GE IMPROV~T <br /> <br />The present storm drainage system appears to be functional with the exceptic~ <br />of (rulvert cleaning and minor ditch cleaning. To omatmol the runoff along <br />165th La~e, the City street department is plar~ to sod the ditch bottcm as <br />part of ~ir street maint~mar~e progr~. <br /> <br />It is not, at ~ tim~, p~ to oc~st~ a c~ar~el to Comaty Ditch No. <br /> <br />66 and No. 3 which ~xzld provide a positive outlet for the area draining south. <br /> <br /> <br />
