Variances of this nature have been granted in the past. The following items are included as enclosure consideration in this matter: (D4-a] for your a) Applicant's application b) Public hearing notice c) List of properties notified d) Area location map e) Proposed findings of fact f) Proposed development agreement g) Letter from Building Official to Mr. Wander dated October 13, 1983 Council Action: Your action in this matter will -be to approve/disapprove/amend the proposed findings of fact as well as approve/disapprove of the request.
