Voting yes ~ <br />Voting no ~ <br /> <br />CASE 12: REQUEST FOR A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT VARIAI~"E ~O CONSTRUCT A~ ACCESSORY <br /> <br />BUILDING LARGER ~HAN ;~T.T,OI,'E~ BY CITY OODE; CASE OF MR. ~ERALD MILLER: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Miller is requesting a variance to construct a detached <br />accessory building of 780 square feet. City Code allows only 624 square <br />feet on a parcel of land less than 2.5 acres in size. However, Mr. <br />Miller will not exceed the total allowable area for detached and attached <br />accessory buildings (see findings of fact). <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure <br />consideration in this matter: <br /> <br />(D4-b) for your <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Area location map <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />f) Proposed development agreement <br />g) Letter from Building Official to Mr. Miller dated October 13, 1983 <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action in this matter will be to approve/disapprove/ <br />amend the proposed findings of fact as well as approve/disapprove of <br />the request. The following proposed motions are hereby submitted for <br />your consideration: <br /> Motion by ~~~and seconded by ~' to adopt the <br /> findings of fact for the board of adjustment variance for Mr. <br /> Gerald Miller to construct a detached accessory building of 780 <br /> square feet. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
