JAMES HOLM: <br /> <br />Mr. James Holm is requesting authorization to construct an accessory <br />building in front of the front setback of his principal structure. <br />Variances of this nature have been granted in the past. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D4-c) for your <br />consideration in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Area location map <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />f) Proposed development agreement <br />g) Letter from Building Official to Mr. Holm dated October 13, 1983 <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action in this matter will be to <br />approve/disapprove/amend the proposed findings of fact as well as <br />approve/disapprove of the request. The following proposed motions <br />are hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br /> Motion by ~}_ ~l.~` and seconded by ~.~ _~~,/ to adopt the <br /> findings of fact for the board of adjustment variance for Mr. <br /> James Holm to place an accessory building in front of the front <br /> setback of his principal structure. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
