medical Enterprise Center(Incubator) which will provide special facilities and qualified human resource services for new and small companies. The meclical cente~ and park will offer on a contract basis such sevices as sterilization equipment, clean environments, tool rooms and computer-assisted design equipment. Young medical companies can mature in the enterprise center without spending scarce dollars on expensive bricks, mortar and special equipment. Also available will be a professional directory to give entrepreneurs access with practicing physicians, a medical library, accounting, legal, insurance and capital financing firms and excellent research facilities. The Enterprise Center will be managed by individuals with strong medical managing and marketing experience. The underlying theme of the park and Enterprise Center is to create an environment for success for small medical companies and to provide those services, equipment and professional assistance that small companies require to Succeed. As companies grow out of the medical enterprise center they can then locate in the125 acre park situated in the City of Coon Rapids. Construction is expected to begin on the 60,000 square foot enterprise center in the fall of lg86. Several medical companies have indicated interest in becoming tenants of the Enterprise Center and several mature companies are negotiating with the City of Coon Rapids and developers for sites within the park.
