Mr. DeLuca stated that the extent of divestiture allowed between the City <br />and the Company should be researched. <br /> <br />Mr. Hardin stated he would like to know the criteria for determining what <br />is and what is not a political subdivision. <br /> <br />Consensus was that Mr. Goodrich should be invited to the special meeting of <br />the loan committee on Tuesday, June 9. Any Board members having questions <br />regarding data privacy should plan on attending or submit their questioms <br />in written form. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner dismissed himself from the meeting at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />C~se ~6: Discussion Regardin~ Proposed Advertising Mailer: <br /> <br />Mr. Hardin stated that the developers of Flintwood Hills and River's Bend <br />are organizing a northern metro area (60,520 households) mailer to <br />advertise residential development areas available in Ramsey; ad space is <br />also being sold to other realtors and builders; the Company was approached <br />to purchase space in the mailer to help promote development and announce <br />"Discover Ramsey" event. The cost for a 1/2 page Economic Development <br />Company ad would be $783.00. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Kurak and seconded by Mr. Miller to recommend that City <br />Council approve an expenditure in the amount of $783.00 to purchase a 1/2 <br />page ad space in the advertising mailer being coordinated by developers of <br />River's Bend and Flintwood Hills. Further, that providing input for that <br />mailer is a high priority item. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mr. Hardin, Mr. Wagner, Mr. DeLuca, Mr. <br />Raudio, Mr. Miller, Mr. Muller, Mr. Kurak and Mr. Greenberg. Voting No: <br />None.
